We want you to love your Rebecca Minkoff purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn, tagged merchandise within 30 days of delivery. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging, ensuring all original tags are attached and the products are in their original condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand off your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
